The more muscle you have the more calories you burn. The more calories you burn the more stored fat your body will burn for energy.

High Intensity, Short Duration Cardio such as Boxing, Medicine Ball Exercises and Shuttle Runs create what is known as an Oxygen Deficit within the body. This means that after exercising at a high intensity the body has to continue working to replenish the energy and oxygen used. Therefore you continue to burn calories long after you have finished exercising.
